A delicious sweet and complex Ancho pepper based sauce with many layers of flavor. Grand Champion/Best in Show and 1st Place “Table Sauce” winner  - slightly spicy but not hot.  My seven year old daughter loves it on her chicken nuggets!

Warm

Roasted Shallot & Garlic

We take whole shallots and garlic, sweat them down till they melt down to a “buttery paste” and blend them into the “Warm” sauce, my personal favorite. It just might be the best sauce you have ever tasted. Jamie Deen called it “Awesome”!

Jamaican Jerk

We take the “Warm” sauce and add authentic and “flavorful” Jamaican Jerk seasonings to make this “Killer” sauce. “The heat, though not excessive, is very penetrating”. A consistent “First Place Winner” in competitions, it is simply the best Jerk sauce you will ever taste.

I import real crushed Red Savina Habanero mash and blend it into the “Warm” sauce. The resulting mix is the only hot sauce ever to earn a “Perfect 10” on the hotsauceblog.com. Our motto of “Flavor before Fire” is proven in every drop. The “fruity quality” of the habanero peppers and the slow burn (“wicked, direct and clean”) will make you a believer.

If you need even more heat, try this one. Instead of the 10% Red Savina Habanero we blend into the “Hot” we jump to 25% in the “Atomic”. The extra peppers make it even fruitier, this is real heat from real peppers. No extracts are used, that’s why you will experience the slow but unstoppable build up of heat.
